If you want WordPress in the root of your domain, as in the example above, the WordPress files should be directly in the main folder of your server (usually public_html ).

After downloading WordPress and unzipping the files on the server, to create a blog the next step is to create a database (database) and a user (user).

The procedure for this is to edit a file called wp-config-sample.php. That file is in the WordPress folder that you have unzipped. Follow the steps below in order.
Go to the WordPress download site on your computer (not in the CPanel);
Create a copy of the wp-config-sample.php file;
Rename the copy to wp-config.php;
Open the file in a text editor. WordPad is already appropriate;

Send the wp-config.php file to the root folder where the other WordPress files are on the server.
Copy and paste the data in the spaces that are in yellow in the image above. Be careful not to delete the apostrophes between which the data is. An error will occur if you delete them.
Regarding the “MySQL hostname”, the chances that you will need to alter that field are practically nil. Leave as ‘localhost’.
In very isolated cases it is necessary to change it and for this you must contact your server to find out how to fill in this field. But, as we said, it is quite rare for that to happen.
At the end of the installation, you will be ready to manage and customize your entire blog within WordPress. To enter the dashboard it will be necessary to just enter the URL http://tublog.com.mx/wp-admin and enter the username and password in the specified fields.
Now that you’ve successfully created your blog, it’s time to explore the WordPress dashboard and learn how the CMS works.The dashboard is quite simple. Pay attention to the left column of the panel. You will see the following options:
